you didn't say what the reason was, a lot of people take time off when there is nothing wrong with them, they say I will take some sick time, they are lying, awful when the country and firms are in a mess

Sick or annual leave? It's not good to be off sick because people get the idea the business can run without you. But if you're on leave they figure you will pick up the slack when you come back.

It really depends on a couple of factors :

a. Did you request the days off in advance.

B. is too frequent (which it’s not )
