It's all part of their deception. They pretend socialism is some kind, benevolent force "see, you like firemen, right?"
That makes sense if the leaders are going for deception, but why are the sheep going for it?
Because they're the useful idiots. They think they'll be rewarded for their loyalty. Plus they're lazy losers, so they think getting gimmies from the "rich" will allow them to continue playing video games and smoking pot.

bullshit. pretty much every country has that these days. i mean lots of countries had these even before socialism was invented.
