Took Too Much Antidepressant. What to do?

I accidentally took 4x more than I should have. Am sleepy. But much less anxious than I have felt in a really long time. Anything I should do other than just relax?

Thanks for your concern. I'm able to do anything I normally do. But, feel buzzed. I used to take this dose. But, need to climb up to it slower.

I moved them around so it wouldn't happen again. I will say though that having too much Trintellix (me currently) is nothing compared to too much Vyvanse. Now that's a bad time.

That was awhile ago. Didn't work in the same way as it did in high-school. Helped a lot in the past. Could not sleep on it last time.

Too much Trintellix is opposite. Feels like I have had a few beers... I think anyways. Never have been able to drink beer much since it makes me gag uncontrollably.

I've always taken the amount that was recommended honestly. Made an error tonight. And Body just changed for the other thing. I just have a lot of stories about pills since I have tried an entire resumes worth over my life. Until this week I had given up on meds again for about a year.

Started therapy this month too. Hope something can help. Keeping productive and busy just makes it worse...

Get some "Me Time" - a day off to take care of yourself and do whatever makes you happy. But don't forget to buy a pill box!! 😉

Want to clarify that even though my accident is 4x more than what I shoyld have done. The accident is 4x away from serious harm to me.
