Sorry if you saw this question already. I only got one response on that question.
Ask your doctor if you're fit to workout, I'm not really sure the extent of your condition. But for me personally, working out really improved my posture because you kinda have to force yourself to do everything right otherwise you can hurt yourself. Otherwise it's just a matter of conscious effort
you should speak to a professional about this. some physical therapy would probably help a lot.
