Do u think it's so bad that can't be fixed fully. Can I regain my posture fully straight again?

If not, the simple and hard answer is exercise and being stubborn.
Most of the time bad posture is caused by a muscle imbalance. One group being too weak or too strong. Commonly experienced by people focusing too much on abs for example - or not exercising.
So my suggestion is that you either start working your back, core, shoulders and diaphragm. Likely if head is tilting forward more on the back or shoulders.
Seeing your local gym and telling them should be a very good fix and since most gyms have a first-visit-free you can absolutely go. Get some excellent help and workout exercised that suit you and then either do those on your own or continue with the gym.
Of course it could be other things but my experience is that 9/10 times that's what the issue is.

Stand up straight and wear more comfortable shoes.
When I try stand stil it hurts my back to then point I can't be comfortable.. anyway my posture was too bad before now it's 20% fixed
If it is your back, do exercises to strengthen your back and shoulder muscles. Also indoor climbing is very good for posture.
Do you have scoliosis or any issues with your spine? Some spinal stretches will do you wonders
