I constantly cross my legs while sitting which became a habit. Anytime I walk I feel weird and tense like stiffness in my body, so I look very uptight while walking. Someone mentioned that it can ruin posture but I’d this even true?

So stop crossing your legs and see how that goes, you are best to see a Chiropracter or orthopedic and ask them if sitting with your legs crossed will ruin your posture it may not all be true
