In the last few months I feel like I'm about to fall over when I'm walking.
Sometimes I can be ok then it comes out of the blue.
A few weeks a go I was walking and both of my ankles felt numb and I was trying to walk so slow it felt like I was drunk.
Sometimes when I'm exercising and you do kick backs, I feel it then and when I have to balance on one leg. Now I'm leaving these parts of the exercise out.
I am seeing my doctor on Tuesday as it's hard to get an appointment.
I've always had low blood pressure and I have congenital heart defect. (Leaky valve)
I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this as it's such a weird feeling.
Thank you

I think have... if you don't regularly exercise in a way that strengthens your ankles, it stands to reason that your ankles would weaken. I had something similar happen with the tendons in my foot. My spinal alignment out of wack and my one leg was significantly shorter than the other. Because I spent so long like that, the tendons in my feet became imbalanced to compensate for my uneven gait.
Well, lo' and behold; I finally went to a chiropactor and got my spine sorted out after 3 years. Normal walking ended up injuring my foot because my tendons needed to stretch and strengthen to adjust for the fact my foot was finally hitting the ground how it's supposed to.
My ankles just fold sometimes but it's fine until it isn't
No, I never had weak ankles.
