i was always a slower runner in scool but for a couple years i did some uphill walking, an hour uphill, just once a week, with rest between not frequently, then legs strong, but i stopped that n changed exercises to swimming, so not strong anymore.

I lift 130 kg squats and weigh 65 kg, I think I have good leg strength.
I do like to think so. They spend quite a great deal of time sprinting and squatting at the gym. The occasional hiking trips, and I don’t mind long walks.
