What should I do if I'm craving cheese and crackers?

I am trying to drop bodyfat. I live at home right now so my fam has the house stocked with food. The cheese and crackers are screaming my name!! I need my bodyfat to be low though in a short amount of time... I lost and kept off 5 pounds, but I have 5 more to go.
What should I do if I'm craving cheese and crackers?
