Is it possible for your body to lose weight without dieting or exercise?

Lately I've been noticing minor weight loss and that nothing fits right anymore. I've looked around online but I'm not sick or don't think I need to visit my doctor because it's not dramatic. I normally wear a small or extra small with tops and a 0-2 in jeans or skirts, an extra small in leggings, and a 0-2 in dresses or small. I'm about 5'9 and weigh 116.5 pounds. I recently went shopping and left with nothing because the dresses did not fit they were too big the skirts basically slipped right off my waist. The tops and shirts looked like I was wearing an oversized bag. All the sizes were small and extra small and everything needed to be tailored.. I'm disappointed because I can't find anything that fits right right now so is it possible to lose weight without doing anything? And is there a way to fix it?
