Is anyone on herbalife? Whats your results? How long did it take until you saw results? Iv just joined and i roughly want to loose 3 stone by August for my hoilday!

My mom uses its supplements for our family. Not sure it's done anything for our fitness (we only use its sleeping/hunger control/vitamins though) but I can say our family almost never gets sick. So I can vouch for it being successful in that area.

As for fitness... That's what I use the gym for.

Thank you! I go to the gym too but need that extra push with weight lose. Gain a lot of muscle but haven't lot much weight on my tummy. (My annoying area).
