Anybody here into natural herbs and remedies?

I love natural herbs -- rosemary, cilantro, and basil are my favorites.

Many natural remedies are great too, like aspirin which was extracted from the bark of a willow tree and penicillin, which was discovered in some mold. The first smallpox vaccine was created from cow pox.

Do you know any good ones for detoxifying the body?

What do you mean by 'detoxifying' ? Which toxins are you trying to eliminate? Your liver already does a pretty good job of that.

My wife is. We both prefer natural over pharmaceutical.

Years ago, I found a chiropractor who was also a doctor of both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. The guy was amazing - a true physician, not a drug pusher who used expensive medical devices to diagnose problems.

There is a huge difference between holistic and allopathic medicine.

Yes. One has been scientifically tested and found effective, and one has not. Suppose you get acute appendicitis. Are you going to call the chiropractor, or go the emergency room?
