Turns out I have a lot of herbs and spices, what about you?

I just put up these new spice racks, complete with new jars and labels I made myself. Probably going to redo the labels because the bar perfectly covers the label to most of the jars. I have 6 jars that wouldn't fit so they're just chilling down the bottom, but wow now I have so much more bench space!

Around 30. However some spices like curry or turmeric are just decoration, because I never use them. While marjoram has a bigger glass because I like it.

We have a slide out spice rack full of herbs and spices. My SO is the chef who uses many of them. When I cook, I use only a few basic spices.

oh yeah my moms got a ton of them too inside a cabinet. its soo many she doesn't even remember what she has lol. spice is definitely the spice of life... *cough*

My dad has 3 drawers with 500ml jars full of spices

What I do is blend them together it save time and space. Of course this method works only for meats.

Yeah I use a lot of mine individually. I make my own mixed spice though.

Maybe you already do this but I found out by placing in a food grade desiccant pack (mostly the meat spice) in the spice prevents them from drying out a stick together.

I have about that many but some of them are 2 of the same spice from when I've bought it not knowing I already have it. I don't really keep track of that sort of thing.

I think we have about 35-40 spices plus fresh herbs in the garden. Some of them don't get used very often.

It's popular in middle eastern cuisines. I often sprinkle it over potatoes and roast them. Gives a zingy almost vinegary flavor.
