Back pain, advice needed?

The other day I tried partial suspension for the 1st time, I was tied in a harness with 1 leg off the ground, that day I was fine but next day I woke up had a shower and then my back started hurting so bad I wanted to be sick, its been 3 days if pain and I don't know what's going on all I know is I'm in pain

Call the place that you had this procedure done with and inform them of your condition , and see if they can offer you any relief

It was done by my friend who is a great rigger (rope top). Lots of experience, at a kink event our community holds

I have been to classes and done floor work before and my top has been doing thus fir years and has been to many classes some run by the most known people in rope, I was lucky enough to go to 1 of these classes aswel run by 1 of the biggest known woman in rope

It sounds like a pinched nerve or pulled muscle

Sadly pinched nerves are 1 of the most common injury's in rope

While it doesn't sound like a pinched nerve is a big deal , they can be miserable as hell

maybe go see a chiropractor to see if something is out of whack...

Hot and then cold packs in intervals or sleep on the floor sometimes, a hot if you have a chance too, use a chiropractor if all else fails
