I honestly don't know what to call her, overweight and thick doesn't quite cover it. From the hips down she is pretty big but above is relatively skinny with pudgy arms. If I could guess, maybe she was really obese then got lipo on her belly and arms, or got fat injections in her legs and ass. She looks improbable.

Yeah, I am pretty sure she has lipedema. Not the same thing as lymphedema, but very similar. People who have this condition, tend to be able to lose weight in certain areas, such as the abdomen, while still retaining fat tissue in others, most commonly in the legs and butt, but sometimes in the arms. They usually look very disproportionate, just like this woman.
