Personally, i shower without my hair full body everyday, and then maybe twice more a day i rinse my vagina, and butt cheeks with water to make sure downstairs always smells good, and once a week for my hair

Generally once a day in the evenings.
When it is colder, I might skip a day because I don't do much to break a sweat, and I don't have much oder anyway... I think.
When it is hotter, definitely once a day and sometimes i will add a rinse off because I feel a little sweaty.
I use a flushable butt wipe for my booty if I think it needs some extra cleaning.

I do exactly like you except I dont rinse my vagina more than once except when i shower my body. It's natural, it's meant to be that way... No shame in it.
It gets washed everyday just like my armpits - You dont wash your armpits more than once a day to keep them clean.

Twice a week if I am doing nothing really physical. Hair and body but not at same time, shampoo gives me thrush if it gets downstairs!
Hot weather and working hard, every night. Keeps the bedsheets clean!
Private parts once a day with just tepid water.

I shower every day because I feel unclean otherwise, but that's not suggested. I only shampoo 3 times a week. Why on earth do you rinse down there that often? I really don't see the point.
