Hello! I'm 18 and was a virgin up until a few days ago. I got the the nexplanon implant on the 9th and they said to wait a week before unprotected sex. Well I had unprotected sex on the 12th, I know I'm an idiot. It was really stupid and I can't believe I did that. Well now we are stressed out, he didn't ejactulate inside me but we had sex for about 3 hours. If I am pregnant I have the means to take care of a child we are settled and stable. Just it would be inconvenient. so my question is how likely do you think I could be pregnant? Thank you everyone

I don't exactly know when one gets an implant but the one week in between is to skip a possible ovulation. Since the hormones start working right away you are not going to ovulate after getting the implant but an eminent ovulation can't be prevented. So after the 7 days you have skipped the ovulation part and you have enough hormones in your body circulating to prevent ovulation.
So during which day of you cycle did you get the implant?
Since he didn't ejaculate inside of you, there is a small chance of pregnancy specially if he didn't release any pre cum in you or hadn't ejaculated before penetrating you.

Yes you can be pregnant plus you are going to want to get that implant removed. I have a friend of mine who had one and know she is afraid she can't have children.

But I would think if he didn't ejaculate inside you, pregnancy is a small chance but you can never be too sure. Again it is a small percentage so you don't have to worry so much.

Very likely. Thats why the doctors tell you to wait a week because it doesn't matter if he cums or not. It takes one little sperm to get pregnant.
