Assuming the weight comes off after your ovulation ends, it's completely normal. It's very common to hold on to water during ovulation and through your period due to the hormone changes that occur during this time. I've had my weight shift by 3 or more pounds during my cycle because of water retention or expulsion. Changes in appetite aren't uncommon either, and can be caused by a multitude of things. Unless you're seeing the weight add up over time (which would be fat, not water) and your appetite increase is causing a problem, I wouldn't worry about it.
