I really wish I had one. I have Tylenol but that may not be for this. We're losing another longtime worker as he got a new job $25,000 a year plus benefits first day. They cut me down to just one day next week. I don't think it's worth it and am looking for another job
Usually I do meditation and deep breathing if the pain is bad.
I may try just laying still eyes closed and all electronics off including my tv which I usually sleep with on
