As for my diet, I have about 2-4 whole eggs (boiled) a day with my meals.
Will these be enough to get nicer ass or do I have to get me some protein shake in my system as well?

Trending & News No, protein shakes are never necessary, plus they taste nasty, and to much protein is bad for your liver.
You need about half a gram to a gram of protein per pound of body weight. So I'm 150lbs, I should eat about 75 to 150 grams of protein. (You need less if you don't actually exercise regularly). On top of this your body can only suggest so much protein per meal. On average anything over 30 maybe 40 grams is too much for one meal.
One serving of chicken (or fish) has 24 grams of protein in it. And unlike protein shakes which are usually jammed full of incomplete proteins, those are 24 grams of complete proteins. So if you eat two servings of chicken (lunch and dinner) and have two cups of milk, you're already at 58 grams of protein. Throw in a good breakfast like eggs, and your easily hitting your protein needs.
Those with higher protein needs, like myself, should be eating five or six normal size meals. I personally, easy two servings of chicken and two servings of fish, plus I eat two breakfasts, and that's not taking into consideration incomplete proteins you're getting from fruits, vegetables, and grains.
#1. Your genes will determine the shape and size of your body.
#2. It's not necessary that what you'll eat will go where you want. (See #1)
#3. But it doesn't mean that your butt won't grow no matter what. It will.
#4. Protein shakes are just supplements. They're used if you cannot complete the daily quota of your proteins (total protein intake in grams = body weight in pounds).
#5. Your diet is sufficient but you can always take protein shakes without hesitation because they keep you energetic and let you do better and you don't even have to eat hell lot to complete your diet.
Good luck :)
It's easy way to get good nutrition. Look at all the models, they all have such things in their arsenal :)
Personally, I found myself getting in better shape after using protein shake.
You may take just one scoop per day if you are out of budget. A 10 lbs product would last ~5 months.
Protein shakes in general are not necessary for anyone. Not only are they dangerous because they aren't regulated by the FDA, any protein isolate has actually shown to increase levels of IGF-1 in the body which increases risk for cancer. Studies have shown that protein coming from whole foods is much more effective and is healthier for the body than protein supplements. Dietary fat has also been linked with cellulite, so maybe eggs aren't the best way to get protein either. Beans and lentils are definitely worth adding to your diet though, because they're packed with protein, but are also filled with vitamins and minerals and naturally contain less fat.
Firstly your body can only take so much protein the rest that is unneccessary ignored. stick with the eggs it's a lot easier to find than a protein shake. Also if you buy and drink protein shakes too often your body can become dependent on them to the point that it is necessary in your diet or you feel drowsy until you have a protein shake.

First time on this website, but made an account because I couldn't stand how retarded both the other answers on this question are.
Yes, the shape of your bum is somewhat determined by genetics, however squats will build muscle, perking up your bum. Toning is really overused and misunderstood way to say building muscle while losing fat.
As for whether that is enough protein a day, that depends on what else you have in your diet. That's just over 50g of protein a day, which would be enough for a sedentary woman, but you will need a bit more, around 75-100g. If you eat fish or meat as well you will be fine, otherwise get a shake.
Good luck on your bum :)
Some girls just can't get big bum because of genetics. It's a big factor.
My friends who love fitness say tofu is good for adding mass. If you take away the m then you get ass, right? :D
Seriously though i don't think a certain diet can grow one part of your body and leave the rest. Wouldn't hurt to get an expert opinion though.
Well the more protein the better when it comes to building your butt, so if you are doing a lot of muscle building i dont think it would hurt. but then again i am not an expert. i do think having up to 4 hard boiled eggs already is a lot of protein though so keep doing what you are doing
Protein shakes are not necessary for anything. However if you're only doing bodyweight based squats and lunges you won't necessarily build muscle. you need to follow a bodybuilding style weightlifting regimen to add the muscle that shapes and adds size.
Also you need to be eating at a calorie surplus.
Protein shakes won't make your butt bigger or rounder lol good nutrition will tighten it up along with those squats n lunges.
I'm too tried to explain right now but I'll try to copy and paste my explanation as to why supplements are a scam. I've answered it so many times lol. Nutrition and bodybuilder is what I do.

Genetics will determine the shape of your bum. Doing exercises will simply tone it.
protein shakes do absolutely nothing to your arse, squats do baby!
good luck!
you should only drink a protein shake when you need to gain muscle or dont have any protein in your diet.
Yup! Combining the right workout with the right diet you'll get the best results. I have protein shakes and I eat a lot of meat.
Well if you eat meat as well you won't but else shakes would come in handy
if your not getting enough protein according to your body weight, then drink protein shake
Why do you want to be a fat ass?
Protein shakes are a waste of money.
