Strength excercise makes your muscles grow, cardio makes you burn fat and get slimmer, both are important but in different proportions, depending on what your goal is. For you I recommend starting with 15-20 mins of cardio (running, etc) and then proceed to impact excercises with a bit more of weight, all exccercises should be targeting legs and booty obviously. And then end the session with another 15 mins of cardio. This will do wonders, I tell you. And if you could buy protein shake that would be great! You'll love the results. If it's not your thing, then proceed to have a healthy meal with lots of protein (lean meat, chicken breats and no fats, veggies) post work out ;)

No. It doesn’t make your butt bigger. I don’t why people keep saying shit like that. But it’s wrong. Exercise will TONE and SHAPE your butt, but it’s not going to make it any bigger than it already was. Working out is great but that alone isn’t going to get you what you want. You have to keep putting fat in your ass and THEN start the exercise. Squats n what not. And be careful not to let the fat go in the wrong places, so you might wanna work on your waist and stomach as well. I recommend semi greasy collard greens and starch to fatten you up some.

It will burn the fat and build muscle, so at first it will get smaller. If you keep on doing it you will build muscle and make it look bigger again, also it will look better if its big because of muscle rather then fat.

Dont workout at home. You need heavy weight squats to build butt muscles. They are the biggest and stongest muscles in your body.
Doing useless leg raises you saw on the internet from a pilatis class won't do anything for you.
The main thing that working out does is giving your butt a good shape.
Obviously it will get bigger, but not a lot.

protein doesn't become fat.
No food and no macro nutrient (fat/sugar/protein) becomes fat. It doesn't matter what you eat, it only matters how much you eat. And if you gain fat, you dont gain fat in any specific area.
Obviously humans gain more fat on their belly than everywhere else, but you already know that. You can't change anything about it.
Just go to the gym and do squats for the rest of your life. Its honestly all you need to get the perfect instagram fitness model butt.
Obviously you also need the correct bodyfat for it, but you dont have to train for that. Just dial in your diet.

It makes it perkier but if you want a bigger butt you should start eating more protein and healthy fats and doing pilates not but I recommend or encourage this trend to have a big butt, you should be happy and healthy with your body and what God gave you. I'm just fortunate I was blessed with a nice arse 😅

If you doing Squats donkey knicks hips thrust type exercises then for most if will certainly put muscle on your butt. Lift it up, improve shape and grow some. If you just doing cardio like most girls it won't do much in comparision to the above. It can make your butt slimmer if eating the right food with the cardio00 Reply
