You need to identify what you want to achieve precisely. What you want to become physically and appearance wise. Start with diet. Change your diet, eat healthy balanced diet. Follow an excercise regiment. Choose excercise you'll have fun with, so you'll stick to it.
Remove negative believes and attitudes. Acquire positive attitudes and believes. Don't just focus on appearance and body to be come your best version. Become your best version, overall. Focus on self development, self imporvement.
