Trending & News Not yet, but I’m slowly making my way there. I’m still in the trenches with postpartum recovery and family has been testing me when it comes to my baby - each week I’m losing more of my people pleasing behaviour and learning to set boundaries and stand by them, and stop apologising for things that aren’t my fault. I’ve got to do what’s best for my own little family and stop prioritising toxic family members.
Not at the moment. I need to get over being angry with my husband for upping his overseas service time without discussing it with me. I find I'm acting out in some negative ways and need to put the angry energy into more positive directions to turn myself around.
@RyanR03 I am focusing on our home and our little girls, spending time with supportive women friends (especially married ones), being more careful about interactions with men when I am out in public, being more introspective, praying, acknowledging that my husband is a true hero... Remembering all the reasons I love him and the really good thing we have in each other...
That is a generic overly overly overly used cliched subject/discussion/question found 200 different places in every social media platform on planet earth 🌍
And yet, here you are, interacting with it despite your dislike of its overuse. Are you sure you don’t like the question being seen so much, or maybe you just don’t like being asked that question because you don’t like your answer?
Change the blonde to purple and you got me nailed lol
Well yes. And it’s because it seems like social media is producing clones who all think they are original. But they all seem exactly alike. Maybe not “exact exact” but little discernible difference.
I coined the term “factory blonde” years ago which basically describes all of those blondes who more or less look identical, act identical, seemed like they must have all been made in the same factory. As if they are all made within 1% of one another.
And social media has only exasperated this issue. Everyone wants to be an influencer. And almost everyone sounds exactly the same.
I’m sure formulas for success really just make you never want to be successful lol
Oh, I thought it said "No, I'm not the worst me." Is that the trick?
It wasn’t meant to be lol my bad
