I just realized... there isn't a school for this. Not even a class in college?

Go to life and go to the mirror. Experience and self reflection. Spend a little time thinking about your actions, your goals, the people you surround yourself with, and what you can do better. You don't need some phony religion telling you how to live your life. And you don't need some quack therapist at $250 per hour.
When I think about where I go or what I do to become a better human being, I look within myself. I introspect a lot. I look at the things I’ve done, the choices I made, what I could have done differently, and whether my actions affected anyone negatively. I question myself before I start working on myself. That’s my place of learning.
I don’t think anyone can grow if they constantly assume they’re always right or if they’re unwilling to listen to criticism- whether it comes from their own conscience or from people who genuinely care. Also, I don’t think we ever fully become our our version... Even after decades, we’re still learning, unlearning, and trying again. For me, the journey is what counts/matters. It makes me feel a little better that I'm making efforts and see how much I've changed.
Well said! So many answers are inside!
Historically it would be the chuch but that only teaches one view of how you should be. Perhaps ethics and morality should be taught as a weekly lesson in schools because its clear a lot of people aren't learning it from their parents
It takes time, but every person should try to be the best human as possible.
agree, but that's too general. I agree repetition is part of the formula.
I agree, repetition, and meditation.
Thanks for the MHO
