How to become this kind of person?

I'm 25, and I feel so lost in life. I am in therapy have an appointment next week. I think I've gotten worse. There's no denying that I have anxiety and depression, I've tried medications but I just want to do this my own. I want to eat healthy and live In a healthy mindset by feeding myself positive energy.

I want to be reliable, driven, confident, outgoing and a person who seems mature and doesn't let anyone walk over me. I wouldn't let it happen but i just want to be me. I want to be that person who isn't afraid to speak her mind caring what others think. I want to be disciplined and set healthy boundaries. I do have a boundaries book I'm going to start reading. I just want to be happy, and positive and confident.
