Do flip flops hurt in between your toes? They're really painful for me to walk in?

When I first started wearing them I found them really uncomfortable, I kept taking them off and carrying them and walking barefoot. But after a bit I got used to them and they don't bother me at all any more

Yeah, you've gotta let the skin between your toes toughen up again! When I start wearing flipflops when it gets warm it always hurts at first and then it gets better.

they used to bother me, but now it doesn't hurt at all. Maybe when I was younger I wasn't wearing the right size, or maybe I just got used to them.

After a certain amount of time, yes, if I have done a lot of walking. Normally, no, they're not bothersome.

I have had a problem with a few pairs of flip flops but not in general. Maybe you're just buying shitty sandals?
