Technically just shoes are bad for your feet. So yes flip flops are pretty bad. And ew feet! I do prefer walking around with no shoes at all , when I get the chance.

For long walks, definitely.

I made that mistake once, the constant rubbing against my feet from the thong as I like to call it gave me raw blisters.
