Gross, I know.. but does this have the same effect on anyone else.. its like a hose cleaning me out whenever I eat them!!!

Yeah, they can bring this but usually only if you eat more than 3-4 I guess.

They don't work on me... I think it's because I use to eat them all of the time as a kid. They taste great.

Well prunes are essentially a a diuretic so it will help empty your bowls.
