I had diarrhea around 7-15 times last night, is there any special food I should eat today?

I was thinking I could do a fruit and vegetable only diet today.

Eat boiled white rice seasoned with nothing more than a bit of olive oil or butter. In alternative you can also eat boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, carrots, lettuce, chicken meat, apples and white bread.

No spicy foods, no sweets, no cheese, no sauces of any kind. Also, no sodas and alcohol, only water.

Try this diet for a couple of days.

I'd be looking to identify the cause first, allergy or contaminated food. Don't worry about eating anything special, anything will do but you should drink more.

Vegetables aren't a good idea to stop shitting so much. They're fiber. You need salty foods so when you drink, your body retains the liquids better.
If you have ginger or ginger drinks, that is best. Ginger is best for curing a lot of abdominal issues.

I recommend drinking something high in electrolytes, such as Pedialyte to keep you hydrated.
