What do you do after you've broken a spot?

So we all hate having those spots that always come up in the same area time and time again, so I wanna know if once youve removed the white head, black head, pimple, boil, whatever you have should you keep squeezing the blood out or stop once its initially removed?
Also Im intersted to know what remedies you use to make sure it doesn't return?

If it continues to pop up in the same spot after you've broken skin, it means there has been and still has bacteria lingering beneath.

I don't have very sensitive skin so I'm go through harsh measures to keep it clear. Ever since I discovered rubbing alcohol, every time I'd extract black/whiteheads, pop a pimple/zit, I'd clean it with rubbing alcohol to make sure no bacteria is left behind. It stings a little, but you get used to it. If it's very early stages of life, I'd use this cream called Benzac at 5%, and their face wash at 10% (benzoyl peroxide) and scrub the shit out of my face with a glove exfoliator, then afterwards I'd use a witch hazel toner to rid of any oils followed by a NON-COMEDOGENIC moisturiser.

I kind of went off tangent but this has been in my routine for a few months now and after having acne all over my cheeks and temples, my face is now just recovering from scars, with an occasional spot around that time of month.
