My body's in shape without working out for 2 years. I have pecs, glutes, 6 pack, cut arms and legs. And i dont even lift bro. I could get bigger but its not needed bro. Girls check out my pecs and abs in my shirts bro. I eat what i want when i want. The gyms 4-6 miles away , 6 miles too much bro.
Now if im going back to a sport, then I lift weights bro.

Maybe they don't know how to? Unsure and not really a good excuse. I've lifted and played sports throughout my youth and I guess I continued from there. Never thought twice about it.
I lift as often as possible. I used to be a varsity sprinter/hurdler so I would lift to sprint faster. I permanently injured my foot and can no longer sprint or hurdle so now I'm learning to high jump. I'm now lifting heavier and more often, and now my workout routine is mostly weights since I don't have sprint exercises to build my strength anymore.

i lift, but I'm not crazy with it, nor do i have to be. i do it to stay in shape and i do it to feel good.
im gonna take a rest from it though because I've been having complications lately, so ill stick to cardio and... I don't know what you call it. 'self-weighted' exercise. I'm into using my own weight to work out.Goooood question. Working out is all gains. (Hah pun)
I do yoga and mma, so usually my body's burned out from that.
days I feel fresh I lift or run or whatever. I use Mark Rippetoe's suggestions to the t so my squat form is near enough impeccable - especially with yoga (seated dandassana, utanassana, straddle, etc.) I have the hamstring flexibility and core strength to keep good posture in low atg positions that 90% of people can't do.I don't purposely workout but I work on a ranch for a living. All day everyday is physical work. I can outlift half the guys at the gym, an do it all day long.
However currently ime pregnant so have put been doing physical work like normal.I do every time at the gym but I'm still skinny af. idrk what I'm doing wrong fuck
My version of lifting is doing stock at work and lifting/holding my nephew. I would go to a gym but the closest one to me is a half hour/45 minutes away. And after getting out of work at 7-7:30 at night that drive doesn't sound very appealing.
I work all day then i go to kick boxing to stay in shape
I use to do boxing, kick boxing, and bjj with a more serious attitude but once i finished high school and started college i just didn't gave the time to commitI do cardio, I recently started to lift and I play ball almost everyday
I want to be skinnier/smaller, no need for weights. 😂
But I already look like I work out and people are surprised when I say that my work out consists of sleeping+eating. 😏😎

I don't know about other people.I am trying to build my own gym in the rooftop because the nearest gym is an hour away and but I do cardio and fitness along with basketball on occasions and squash more like daily

I do everything else except for lifting. I eat a near perfect diet, I box, and I run a lot. I just hate lifting weight.
