What’s the number one reason you lift weights?

I used to go to the gym because I thought it would make me more attractive to women. While I’m sure it still does, I now lift weights for the health/mental benefits.

Why do you lift weights. I’d you don’t, why not?
To make myself more attractive
To make myself stronger
To make myself healthier/feel better
Because I compete in sports
I don’t lift weights
