I do it to help with my depression. I feel like I’m in control of my body when I lift which helps make me feel better bc I feel like I’m losing control of my life lol plus it makes me look hotter pand I last longer in bed when I’m on top
ultimately I try to stay overall healthy and fit for myself. but it can also lead to more ladies viewing me as attractive to some degree.
There is more than one reason. Ultimately I enjoy being fit, but I need to be fit for the sports I take part in.

I no longer approach women, will never date again, will never marry and don't do relationships. I strength train every other day and I love it. I do it for myself but acknowledge that it does make me feel more attractive, and I also notice women more attracted too.
I have a pretty active lifestyle and I want to be strong and also have more endurance. I pickd B.
What else are they made for.
Have more energy.
