Not at all. Regarding BMI you are at the optimal ratio (21.6). And if your muscle/fat ratio (have it measured in the gym) is in the correct range, you have the perfect body. Don't look at pics in magazines where most models are anorexic (they have a BMI of 18 or lower which is totally unhealthy)

Not obese at all. It's right in the middle of the healthy weight range for women of that height, but it's a bit underweight for men of that height.

I'm 160 lbs and 6'1", and I'm skinny.

I honestly think if it where a female it would be diffrent because they have a smaller body structure other than there hips

5-10% body fat isn't obese, it's healthy for a man. Women should have more like 15% body fat because women are designed to carry more day reserves for pregnancy.
