i considered doing it xD but it´s basically active joint wrecking. i consider it unhealthy to do.

If you are sensitive to tendon injuries, you should not do, thats correct. But its important you start slowly and with low weigths (forget the movies on youtube with the freeks) and gradually build up. Very important.

Yeah slow and controlled is fine but to me it seems always hectic.
