I don't really understand your question. Are you asking if the Tiktokers here post content, and if not, as a member you go on it to look at the posts and videos? So I'll answer that one. I am a Tiktok member. At first I was liking people's videos, the travel videos, cooking videos and some others with health advice for people. I myself posted my pets, my cat, and bird videos of the many bluejays, cardinals and hawks I see in my backyard. Then I began getting many news videos, and things that most people aren't aware of. I am very aware many scorn Tiktok because it is owned by Bytedance, in China. Some say it is really Singapore owned. And the govt says it poses a threat because of "securities". When Trump was in office, he wanted to ban Tiktok. Much of the things I see are from people who don't like him for the criminal things he has done. So he never banned it, but wanted to. When Biden came in he formed a committee to investigate if there were indeed security threats on TikTok. There were none found. It was shit down on Sunday, for a whole day. When it opened again--the first thing the site said was "Welcome back... thanks to President Trump, Tiktok is now extended for 90 days..." That was on Sunday. Trump was NOT the president yet, so he cannot take credit for that. It was the govt who did it. Also, the algorithm is different and people cannot post live anymore, the first day. It is as if Tiktok were taken, changed, and given back to us. More interesting is the fact that now, Facebook is on it as well as Instagram. I blocked both of those.
For those who still think China is using info from us for their benefit, think again. I never had any trouble with Tiktok, but I did have trouble with FB and having my account hacked over and over. And it is very difficult if not impossible to delete your account on FB. Try it and see.
