Twice a day usually, sometimes three. I've never had a cavity and I'd like to keep it that way, lol. I chew gum sometimes but not for the purposes of keeping my teeth clean, only because it tastes good. Sugar free gum isn't that much better than normal gum for the teeth though.

It used to be once, but now I try to brush the at least twice. Night is really important, and I was not aware of that. Years of toothache and 2 root canals later, you finally get it in your head that brushing is a necessity.

I really hate brushing my teeth and always have. I try my hardest to do it twice a day (and it really takes a conscious effort for me) but often it's only once a day. But I do chew gum most days also, especially if I haven't brushed.

I brush twice daily and do mouthwash. I chew gum mostly for flavor not so much to clean.
