My friend got her ingrown tonail out today and we were talking today in a group.. and I got so scared and it reminded me before two years when I used to thing 24 hours non stop about surgeries.. I just saw on YouTube how they do it similir to it and I got so scared... immediately planning on doing something to me... please help me... its soo scary, I can't even eat or anything now and I'm so weak.. it's been for 3 Yeats but iv gotten over the cancer thinking. . now it's thing.. im hopeless, how to put the needle in his toe and push, how they cut the toe and start playing with it.. omg..

there is a mental disorder that does this to you if im not mistaken

it could also be a phobia of surgeries...

im not reaaly sure but it doesn't seem natural... i mean sure nobody goes in the surgery room dancing for joy lol but this seems a little too exaggerated

If I have one.. I start thinking of it a month before... it's horrible.. but I'm strong so I can hand I think.. bit thoughts are taking me down.. I can cry right now... as I saw the video.. I'm like omg... what is this. .. doesn't this hurt... but IL be honest. .. you made me laugh on the dancing thing

Sounds like you might need therapy...

It's really easy to prevent an ingrown toenail. Clip your nails often and make sure you clip down the side too

It's not only for a toe nail surgery... it's for every kind of surgical thing and hospital. .. it's ruining me I swear.. at day it's good... bit at day I can't do nothing... what's therapy gonna do to me...

CBT is the treatment for phobias,
I went to a private school for kids with mental illness and its honestly the only reason I'm a functioning and productive member of society,
My psychologist was had a PHD from harvard in psychology, he said the best treatment for a phboia is CBT,
