I slept weird last night and now my neck hurts. Any help?

my neck is really sore right now, especially if i move my head down to the right, it've been 12 hours until now and it's still hurt, any help?

The pain will go away. Just be careful the way you sleep tonight. you can put some creme on it or some hot muscle patches on it. Try to lay and sit comfortable with you neck and take aspirin and pain pills.

well, i did try massage oil (for sore muscles), but it doesn't work

That sucks. They have stronger muscle creams that might work or a nice heating patch might help. I hope it healed up.

i think you slept on a a big pillow, sleep some days without the pillow, and im sure your problem will be solved
