Why I got this sore throat?

I have a sore throat since yesterday night, what could be the cause of it and any remedies?

It’s flu season & it’s the common cold season & in addition the norovirus, rotavirus, astrovirus & Covid are still on the loose. As for you when it comes to a sore throat gargle with salt water & also go out & buy yourself throat spray, halls or something like that. Go get some soup as well & hope you feel better.

Do you have any other symptoms? If not, it could be sinus drainage. I get random sore throats all the time because of it.

If IT Continues, You could Have Strep Throat. I have Had Friends Who Had it Over Christmas. See a Doctor. For Now, Soothing Tea and Honey and Chloraseptic Spray and Lozengers But Putting Perfume on a Pig If It's Strep. xxoo

A week or less if you have a good immunity, take vitamin D 5000 iu and a good multivitamin. I only get a cold once a year and no flu for over ten years and never had Covid
