Why is my throat like this?

I have a pain in my throat and it is swollen (as you can see in the picture). I have had a headache and fatigue since yesterday.

I have some soreness in my throat too, and my right nostril is runny and feels rough inside. Have also had decreased energy. Will be making a doctor appointment for mine. Hopefully just a cold or mild case of the flu. 🤔🤧
