HELP WHY DO I HAVE ITCHY THROAT AM I SICK?

How do I cure it? I was fine all day but I was driving with windows down and sun roof down then I put the ac then I was outside sweaty in the heat then again in my car in ac then windows down then at home fan on, then took shower then went to work at night. At work I had itchy throat and tiny cough I’m trying surpress from
itchyness, also there’s a lot of dirt n dust at my job I’m packing clothes at a warehouse. I got random throat pains but jsut for one second like one second pulse of pain. Due to my infection I assume in my throat. It just happened one time tho. Or strain in my throat

Take ginger tea with real ginger and some lemon and honey. Or just suck on some ginger and some spicy ramen

Maybe it is just allergy don't worry too much about it and go visit a doctor to be safe.
