From what I've read it is dependent on size, fitness level, a lot on genetic predisposition, so look at your mom's and grandma's (both sides) level of breast sag. For me, I really got blessed ith great genes, my Mom is a smaller B cup even after three pregnancies with a hint of sag. I'm smaller than she is with a larger A or really small B cup depending on brand and style bra. So I can probably look forward to the same characteristics as my mom and grandmothers, who ar all on the small side. For me as a runner and softball player, nothing could be better news!

There are some who will tell us that no matter what size breasts you have, that if you don't wear a bra then your breasts are going to follow gravity! That is probably a true statement, one has to consider your chests supportive tissue and muscle structure. Like a building the better the foundation the more erect the tower (s) are going to stand. So make sure your doing exercises to enhance the muscle structure below your breasts.

Of course size is going to be a factor, someone with D' DD's and larger will definitely see the dreaded sag sooner than C's and smaller. That's just going to be from the weight stretching the skin, levels of colagen in those tissues and our skin thinning with age. Unfortunately all of us by the time we're in our fifties and later will only have memories of how proud and firm our breasts were in our late teens and twenties.

So, take care of your body now if you want it to be attractive as you age. As for me, my guy loves my small size, they're firm and nicely shaped for their size, I don't want them any larger; I think I hit the "Boobie Lottery"!!! = ]

I think most boobs have at least a little "sag" to them when you're braless. And as a lady with bigger boobs mine definitely sag slightly when unleashed. I mean they aren't hanging past my belly button lol but they do lose a little lift when set free. But eh, boobs are boobs. No complaints so far in a bra or unleashed so I'm good with it lol

No - definitely not. Wearing a bra all the time will do nothing to reduce sagging - in fact many studies have found the opposite - the best way to minimise or avoid sagging is to minimise the time you wear a bra, and don't use any more support than you really need when working out.

Breasts are naturally supported by ligaments, and like any ligaments in the body they will tend to atrophy (weaken) if not required to work. Bras do their work for them so they'll weaken and be less able to support your chest, whereas without a bra the weight and movement of the breasts will cause the supporting ligaments to work and so strengthen. The harder you can work them, the better they'll resist sagging - do what you can to really work that natural support hard and you'll give the girls the best possible chance of more natural lift.

I know mine don't but I am not sure about the general rule  I've heard there are muscles you can improve on in the back to reduce the sagging.

Bra or not, your boobs sag because of weight and natural shape.
Wearing a bra actually makes no difference otherwise women would all have perky tits.

I don't wear a bra most of the time as I wear dresses, bralettes and backless things.
I don't sag. (c cup)
My boobs are kinda cone-shaped and perky! Maybe they will sag as I age

They always sag in time, but the smaller they are, the more comfortable you are without a bra. I have C-cup and can go without (except during sport), but I have to watch my clothes so I do not show nipples coming through (at least not at work :-) )

My boobs are still perky even if I am not wearing a bra, it sags a bit but not so much. What you SHOULDN'T do is constantly wear a bra. Your boobs will sag really badly later on in life.

No they won't, that's a myth. Not wearing a bra strengthens the muscles you should, however, wear a sports bra when working out, running or ridings etc. since the bouncing is damaging as well as uncomfortable.

Actually there's evidence that bras cause the coopers ligaments that support the breast to atrophy causing premature sagging. Although if you are running it's probably best to wear a sports bra.
