Not completely naked but we do change in front of each other in the locker room at the gym, and yes most of us take off our bras in front of a each other, it's no big deal, we all have tits lol but as far as showering my gym has personal showers so we all feel very confident showering nude in privacy, I actually like showering at the gym more then at my home lol

I don't think that's very much. I want them cleaning the shower every time someone gets out of it. This is why I prefer outdoor sports and my own shower.

Where I'm from it's very common for girls to be fully naked in the dressing rooms and the showers, even if they aren't private showers, I mean we're all girls, though I normally don't go fully naked
