Well none of the votes are correct. I'm working of my anatomy knowledge but breasts grow on top of the pectoral muscles. Working out causes small rips in your muscles and in the process of healing your muscles adapt to the stress by growing larger and more robust. The end result is larger firmer pectorals which may make you breasts more pronounced. You breasts are just fat surrounding your mammary glands and they possess no muscle. The best way to think of your results is to imagine grafting your breasts onto a guy's chest.

Working your chest strengthens your chest muscle underneath with may help to make your boobs firmer. It will not grow or shrink them, since boobs are fat tissue. If you burn fat however by working out, it will reduce your boob size. That is why females with very defined muscle have small boobs (and fbb even have no boobs left).
