Period question, really gross?

Hey girls, so I've noticed that when I'm on my period, I get really poopy. Especially the first day or day when cramps are at its worse. Anyone else? I'm sorry, I know this is gross. :(

Totally normal. When your uterus contracts (which causes cramps) it can irritate your intestines as well, which can cause the poops. :)

Totally normal. Extra pressure on your bowel from the contraction of your uterus.
