How to get rid of cellulite?

I'm really happy with the shape and size of my body, but I can't seem to get rid of cellulite! Do you guys have any advice? Thanks!

You have to change your diet completely. Reduce your carbs especially simple carbs to minimum (no more than 100g per day) barely any sugar including fruits (handful of fruit a day), increase your lean protein significantly and good fats by a little bit. For exercise, weight training. I did this for 8 months, most cellulite is gone. Its hard, very hard but it works and you get used to it. Join mfp to help measure and log your foods, plus its awesome community full of people who have been doing it for years, great motivation and advice. Good luck!

I don't have any thank the lord but what i do is as soon as i get out of the shower i massage olive oil into my damp skin then as it dries use a moisturizer, any kind of scrub is good because it increases circulation also drink plenty of water which is what i do and no soda watch what you eat and exercise regularly it all helps and in my case i have never had a problem with cellulite, most women have it at my age especially i don't.

cellulite isn t always related to weight so it s really hard to get rid of it and usually you can t completely.
drink a lot of water always
exercise a lot
you can do lpg or vita. those are machines that help your blood flow.
also if you re using pills like diane they might cause you more cellulites too

I heard that indeed cellulite does not have anything to do if you are fat or thin as even thin people could have cellulite is more related to the skin tissue I also want to know how to get rid of it and that works. Because otu there in thmarket an hundreds of so called treatments but many of them do not work. I hae a bit of cellulite on my inner thighs.
