What's your favorite cardio workout machine?

treadmill. I just don't seem to get the same results (feel) on any other piece of eq.
NO I can't run outside, it's 105 degrees.

I don't really use a machine. I got to a football field and do sprints. Sometimes I use the track as well

I hate cardio but jumping rope burns more calories than any machine for cardio.

No jump roping burns a max of 10 calories per minute while treadmills burn a max of over 17 a minute and can be done for an extended amount of time, the arc trainer can burn the same but often can't be done for long and a stationary bike burns on average 12 per minute and can also be done for a long time

I do cardio a lot at my gym and prefer the treadmill. I was just curious as to what others preferred

I rarely use them, unless in extreme bad weather. If I want to do cardio, I go running, biking or swimming.
