Hiking in the mountains is definitely my favorite. I feel like I need to actually be going somewhere so I’ve never been into gyms. Back in 2019 I would hike the mountain about 10 minutes from my house twice a week and was in the best shape of my life. Lately it’s been hard with the weather, wildfire smoke and constantly being sick.
sports, soccer... to be specific
and I need and I get all the cardio exercise on the field...
Running, walking, fitness bootcamp (that's cardio and strength training), jump rope, and kickboxing!
Of course I love ❤️ dancing 💃 lol I do that every day at work, and I swim on the weekends.
I was a marathon runner so I will go with that.
I just clicked this to seenif someone felt funny enough to comment sex. My go to is cycling though
I like those 2 things, or doing karate or kung fu or just brawling with some boxing gloves and mouthpieces
Recumbent stationary bike. I can do it while watching the news.
Backpacking. Hiking is my favorite... but a bike or treadmill will do.
