What's your favourite type of workout?

Weight training but I have to lift less because apparently my veins are looking too green on my legs and they’re not varicose veins. But the doctor said I have walk a lot and lift light. I’m used to lifting so heavy and I never had this problem before but apparently I do now so I need to put less pressure on my legs. That’s so sad.
In hate Cardio and Zumba
my mom
and my brother’s girlfriend love Zumba.
I wish I liked yoga but I find it so boring and all girls are just slim. No real strength and definition.
I'd rather go for a run outside than go the gym. Covid made me nervous to go to the gym. After covid it was the price that kept me from going. Being outside in the fresh air makes me feel better than anything else in the world.
Also, are those gifts bags in front of every yoga mat?
Yes LOL
@TracyWants Have not done a REAL cardio workout in a long time. We do some cardio in a Yoga class, and have done some cardio on a Reformer, in a Pilates class.
Currently, my favorite is a YOGA CORE class where our instructor does every part of the body... CORE - LEGS- UPPER body (hand weights) and floor work with flexibility / range of motion work. .
I will say this, to do a very effective over-all-body work out, one needs a good solid cardio base.
Yup those weight lifters risk dropping slipping heavy 0---0 on their head or shoulder. But machines are fine.
my favorite is machine of: sitting and lifting leg against weight to strengthen the top of thigh muscle the one needed to stand up.

I've been a runner since high school so running is my "go to" way to burn calories and way to work my heart and lungs.
I used to hate the weight room but I've evolved to enjoy it these days.
But my favorite? I LOVE skiing. Even if I can't do it all year long and it's not a total body workout. It's exciting and risky and just FUN.
most girls don't need any weight training at all unless they want to be fit. and being fit means a lot of different things to a lot of people. but i'm saying to achieve that perfect level of your image, it starts with weight loss. and you really don't want to confuse your body by trying to gain muscle. if i have to i'll explain more.
I've never done regular workouts. My main exercise is walking, several miles (km) every day. I also occasionally do some sit-ups or pushups or stretches, on the spur of the moment, never a planned workout.
I'm in better than average shape for someone my age.
For me it's Naked Yoga and meditation. it detoxes your body and mind. After doing naked yoga, it was dressed yoga when I started out, but when I practised it naked, I got a secret bond with myself that is much deeper.
I have done pilates. I enjoy swimming and volleyball (especially Beach volleyball). I am beginning to lift a few weights.
I used to like Body Combat but enjoy sports more than a workout.
When I do workout, I prefer strength workouts though try to keep some aerobic sessions in between
Everything. I do abs and run six days (five miles per, minimum). Upper body Monday and Thursday, lower body Tuesday and Friday, Uechi-ryu Wednesday and BJJ on Saturday. Sundays are rest day, unless the waves are good..
I do a HIIT interval workout. I rotate between stationary bike, stair climber and elliptical trainer.
HIIT, CrossFit. I like that intense gym bro punishment workout.
Playing drums! Especially with my band!
Or swimming.
I usually go back and forth between weight training and cardio (the cardio being running or using the stair master).
Lifting weights and sex for cardio. Because running sucks.
I like Strength Training most of the times and cross-fit once in a while. You look amazing, by the way.
Swimming.
Mine is only cardio. Cycling.
Cardio machines are my favorite.
Weight lifting then cardio
Work and then Taco Bell
Usually Pilates or a sparring session
