My favorite altogether is strength training, and I'm also curious to start learning and eventually try calisthenics.
But cardio is good too. The starimaster will make you sweat like no other and suffer no matter your fitness level, it's a challenge and I find it harder than most of lifting. That's why it's one of my favorite. Besides the fact that it's highly effective, improves your agility and tones lower body muscles, it's also great for the people that want to lose weight.
Definitely dancing.. it's more fun than any other type of exercise for me. I've always loved dancing.

Lifting for hypertrophy. I just like to look good naked. Dealing with a woman that isn't dying to have me inside them and rub my muscles isn't the type of women I like. So there is a price to be paid to get that kind of desire out of women.
So I know I just said lifting for hypertrophy, but my actual preferred workout is fucking.
definitely sports... soccer, to be specific, full out, all around workout for me
other than that, I go around building and lifting stuff around the house, that's always been my other workout

I like lifting weights mainly , there is so much you can do with weights , and. I seem to get better results from them , I do cardio as well , but I am not to big of a fan of it , so I don’t do a lot of cardio , mainly walking , I use to be a runner , but it has injured me way too many times , so I no longer kill myself with cardio anymore.
Due to fondness, I dance in my studio nearly every day but I don't actually do it as a workout for my health.
I dance to retain my skills and to rehearse for parties, shows and/or competitions.
I mainly do HIIT in the gym, but it is a combination of cardio, body weight and weights. Strength training is via climbing.

Due to my bone condition, all the exercises I do are walking based. I can’t do anything that’s too intense.
I like to do a HIIT workout and leave a puddle of sweat on the floor.
When I was biking back and forth to the gym for some cardio but mostly strength, it was fantastic.
I lift burgers, beers, tacos, and slices of pizza
I need to get stronger, I like to walk also.
